도해지역에서의 합리적인 지적측량 성과결정을 위한 표준절차의 정립 연구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 도해지역에서의 성과결정 현황 및 실태분석된 내용을 기초로 하여 통일화된 표준절차를 정립하여 봄으로써 도해지역에서의 지적측량 성과의 일률성 및 통일성의 확보로 민원발생의 최소화와 지적불부합지 발생의 최소화를 유도하여 보고자 하였다. 실태분석결과 현행 도해지역에서는 사정선에 의한 성과결정, 기존 등록선에 의한 성과결정, 지형․지물 등 현황에 의한 성과결정 등 현장 상황별로 다양한 방법에 의해 성과결정이 이루어지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 연구에서는 이러한 실태분석을 토대로 기지점이 부합하는 경우와 부합하지 않는 경우를 구별하여 성과결정 방법과 절차를 규정하여 제시하였다. 본 연구의 성과를 토대로 도해지역에서의 성과결정 방법 및 절차를 지침화하여 규정하고, 이에 대한 교육이 이루어진다면 성과결정의 통일성과 안정성을 확보할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

This study is to establish an unified standard process based on the result of the current decision making and a fact-finding survey and to effort the decrease boundary disputes and disparity of cadastral map through insurance of uniformity and unification for cadastral survey result in graphical map based area. In the result of this research, there are showing the diverse type for decision making of cadastral survey using by the original demarcation boundary, land registration boundary, feature・fixed object in the current graphical map based area. Thus this paper proposed the new rules of decision making methods and process either case of coinciding with the boundary that having well-know facts, or case of not coinciding based on research result. It is possible to respect the establishing unification and safety of cadastral survey if the methods and processes of decision making can be documented in cadastral regulation as well as introduced the effective training for the cadastral surveyors.
