영문 초록

The objective of this study is to explore convention visitors’ satisfaction and behavioral intentions towards revisit and recommendation of convention destination according to segmented groups of the convention site attributes. A survey has done to verify the results. It extracted 299 samples among the participants in the 2004 International Tourism Exhibition, which was held at Busan Exhibition and Convention Center (BEXCO). Using SPSS for Windows Ver 12, the data were analyzed to measure the factors in selecting the hosting cities of exhibitions and conventions, following the analysis of its factors themselves. The result of this study found that ‘destination image’ appeared to be the most important factor by directly influencing revisit and recommend intention.
