1. CONTENTS
(1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES
This study aimed at identifying and analysing the relationship between the real estate environment and quality of life. We have been able to confirm that these two elements are inter-linked. Based on our results we are suggesting that future building(esp, APT) policy should be geared toward improving quality of life.
(2) RESEARCH METHOD
Using this barometer, we carried out a survey in several APT complexes(Yulyang, Sachon / Youngam, Bunpyung / Gagyung, Bokdae) to obtain basic data.
The next step was to anlayse and group this gathered data. Factor analysis and reliability analysis were implemented to ascertain the inter-consistency between frequency analysis and variable.
By applying this information we were able to complete a correlation analysis and a multi regression analysis in order to assess how much impact the real estate environment had on quality of life.
(3) RESEARCH RESULT
The questionnaires were given to 220 from residents of APT complexes of three district (Yulyang, Sachon / Youngam, Bunpyung / Gagyung, Bokdae).
2. RESULTS
The Multi Regression analysis resulting from effective factors of real estate environment and quality of life are as Follows; The ranks of importance effect are particular efficiency(β=.203), location(β=.194), economic efficiency(β=.194), externality(β=.015).
As a consequence of our research it became clear that the real estate environment was of vital importance to peoples" lives, since real estate was seen as having a huge influence on quality of life. The real estate policy-makers in government need to reflect this trend in their planning.
