국문 초록

  본 연구에서는 대리인 모형의 일반적인 가정과는 달리 대리인들 사이에 일어날 수 있는 담합행위에 대한 연구 중 특히 담합에 참여하는 대리인들 사이에 비대칭적 정보의 문제가 있을 때, 이들이 어떻게 담합을 할 수 있는가의 문제를 해결하는 담합기제를 제안하였다. 즉 첫째, 담합 혹은 대리인들 사이의 이면계약 내부에서 개인의 진정한 사적 정보를 표현할 수 있도록 유인을 주는 조건: 담합적 합유인 조건과 둘째, 담합에의 참여가 비 참여보다 나을 조건: 담합적 개별합리성 조건을 만족할 경우 비대칭적 정보하에서도 담합이 가능할 것이다. 이러한 담합기제를 이용하여 우리는 1 주인/2 대리인이 등장하며 주인과 대리인 사이에 역선택문제와 도덕적 해이의 문제가 복합적으로 존재하는 모형에서 담합방지기제의 개념을 정의하였고 이 기제의 디자인에도 여전히 “현시법칙”이 유효함을 보였다.

영문 초록

  We investigate a collusion mechanism when colluding parties suffer information asymmetry problem within the coalition or side contract. Under the restricted institutional assumptions about the whole game tree and the process of coalition formation, we proposed a collusion mechanism which satisfies both (i) colluding agents are given proper incentives to reveal his true private information and (ii) collusion is strictly Pareto improving. We characterize those two conditions as Coalitional Incentive Compatibility condition and Coalitional Individual Rationality condition respectively. Finally, with one principal/ two agents adverse selection and moral hazard type model, we provide a proof that the Revelation Principle is applicable when the cooperative behavior among agents is allowed
