토픽모델링과 키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용한 국내 농업인력개발에 관한 연구동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 국내 농업인력개발 분야의 연구동향을 체계적으로 분석하고자 토픽모델링 기법과 키워드 네트워크 분석을 활용하였다. 농촌 인구의 고령화 및 감소가 심화되는 가운데, 농업인력개발은 농업의 경쟁력 강화와 지속가능성 확보를 위한 핵심 과제로 부각되고 있다. 그러나 지금까지 농업인력개발 분야의 연구 흐름과 주요 주제를 종합적으로 조망한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 2000년 이후 발표된 KCI 등재 논문 중 농업인력개발과 관련된 127편을 분석 대상으로 선정하였다. 시기별 키워드 빈도 및 중심성 분석을 통해 핵심 키워드와 이들 간의 관계 구조를 도출하였으며, LDA 기법을 활용한 토픽모델링을 통해 ‘농업계고등학교 교사의 직무와 학습 활동’, ‘농촌 지도 역량과 기술 교육’, ‘농업계대학교육프로그램의 운영·평가’, ‘귀농·귀촌과 지역사회 창업 지원’, ‘청년농업인 영농 성과와 진로’의 총 5개 주요 토픽을 도출하였다. 분석 결과, 국내 농업인력개발 연구는 전통적인 교육·훈련 중심에서 기술, 경영, 정책, 디지털 역량 등 다양한 분야와의 융합을 이루는 다학제적 양상을 보였다. 본 연구는 농업인력개발 분야의 지식구조를 종합적으로 조망하고, 향후 연구 방향 설정과 정책 수립을 위한 기초자료로서 활용될 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to systematically analyze research trends in the field of agricultural human resource development in Korea by employing topic modeling and keyword network analysis. As the aging and decline of the rural population intensify, agricultural human resource development has emerged as a key task for enhancing agricultural competitiveness and ensuring sustainability. However, there has been a lack of comprehensive studies that examine the overall research flow and major themes in this field. Therefore, this study analyzed 127 KCI-listed papers related to agricultural human resource development published since 2000. By conducting keyword frequency and centrality analyses by period, we identified core keywords and their relational structures. Furthermore, Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) topic modeling revealed five major topics: (1) job duties and learning activities of teachers in agricultural high schools, (2) rural leadership capacity and technical education, (3) operation and evaluation of educational programs in agricultural colleges, (4) return-to-farming, rural migration, and local entrepreneurship support, and (5) farming performance and career paths of young farmers. The analysis showed that domestic research on agricultural human resource development has evolved from a traditional focus on education and training toward a multidisciplinary integration encompassing technology, management, policy, and digital competencies. This study provides a comprehensive overview of the knowledge structure in the field and offers a foundational reference for future research directions and policy development.
