국문 초록

이 연구는 인증코치를 대상으로 셀프리더십, 경력몰입, 학습에 대한 자기주도성 간의 구조적 관계를 규명하고, 이들 간의 매개효과를 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 최근 비즈니스 및 라이프, 커리어 코칭의 수요 급증에 따라 코칭산업과 인증코치의 수가 빠르게 증가하고 있으며, 이에 따라 전문성과 체계적인 코칭 역량 개발에 대한 관심 또한 높아지고 있다. 이 연구는 (사)한국코치협회(KCA)와 국제코치연맹(ICF)에서 인증한 교육기관의 교육과정을 이수하고 시험에 합격한 인증코치 220명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 이 중 211개의 유효 응답을 분석에 활용하였다. 분석도구는 SPSS 25.0과 AMOS 22.0을 활용하였다. 연구 결과, 셀프리더십과 경력몰입의 관계에서 학습에 대한 자기주도성의 완전매개효과가 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 셀프 리더십이 경력몰입에 직접적인 영향을 미치기보다는, 학습에 대한 자기주도성을 매개로 간접적인 영향을 미친다는 점을 시사한다. 이 연구는 코치의 경력발달이 단선적이고 선형적인 경로를 따르기보다는, 자기주도적 학습을 매개로 한 복합적 경로를 통해 경력몰입으로 연결된다는 점을 분석하여, 인증코치 경력 성장을 위한 이론적·실천적 시사점을 제공하였다.

영문 초록

This study investigates the structural relationships among self-leadership, career commitment, and self-directed learning, and examines the mediating role of self-directed learning in these relationships among certified coaches. In response to the growing demand for business, life, and career coaching, the coaching profession has expanded rapidly, increasing the need for improved professionalism and structured competency development among coaches. The data were collected from 220 certified coaches who completed accredited training programs through the Korea Coaching Association (KCA) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and passed the corresponding certification exams. A total of 211 valid responses were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 22.0 through structural equation modeling. The results demonstrated that self-directed learning fully mediates the relationship between self-leadership and career commitment, suggesting that self-leadership influences career commitment indirectly, through the enhancement of self-directed learning. These findings indicate that coaches' career development does not follow a linear trajectory but rather progresses through a multidimensional process mediated by self-directed learning. The study offers theoretical and practical implications for fostering sustainable career commitment and professional growth among certified coaches.
