malignancies by focusing on distress, intrusive rumination, deliberate rumination, and social support. Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted with 165 patients who were diagnosed with leukemia, lymphoma, or multiple myeloma. They were recruited by allocation sampling based on the national prevalence. Data were collected using structured self-report questionnaires, including general and clinical characteristics, distress, rumination, social support, and PTG. Statistical analyses comprised descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression to identify factors associated with PTG. Results: The mean PTG score was 53.44 (SD=19.44). Multiple regression analysis revealed that deliberate rumination (β=0.55, p＜.001), social support (β=0.31, p＜.001), and religious affiliation (β=0.15, p=.023) were significant positive predictors of PTG. Conversely, intrusive rumination (β=−0.20, p=.014) and a diagnosis of leukemia (β=−0.27, p=.007) were negatively associated with PTG. Distress did not show any significant association. The final model accounted for 35.6% of the variance in PTG (F=12.35, p＜.001). Conclusion: Deliberate rumination and social support significantly contributed to PTG in patients with hematological malignancies. These findings provide empirical evidence for tailored psychosocial nursing strategies, particularly for patients with leukemia and those undergoing intensive treatment.
