국문 초록

2022 개정 가정과교육과정은 실천적 추론을 최초로 명시하고, 의식주 생활자원의 순환과정에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 삶의 전 과정을 추론하며, 개인과 가족의 선택이 미치는 영향을 성찰하도록 하는 데 중점을 두었다. 따라서 본 연구는 이러한 교육과정 의 흐름과 선행연구를 바탕으로, ‘실천적 추론은 무엇인가?’라는 근본적인 질문에 대한 철학적 탐색을 시도하였다. 실천적 추론은 도덕적 가치 판단과 논리적 정당화를 통해 행동을 결정하는 복합적 사고과정으로, 교육적으로는 학습자의 비판적 사고력과 도덕성을 함양하는 데 핵심적인 역할을 하며, 철학적⋅윤리적⋅실용적 맥락에서 다양하게 해석되었다. 이것은 가정과교육의 정체성을 재정립하고, 학생들이 주도적인 삶을 영위할 수 있도록 지원하는 철학적 기반을 제공한다고 본다. 앞으로 가정과교육에 서 실천적 추론은 수업 방법론을 넘어, 도덕적 사유와 판단 역량 강화에 초점을 맞춰야 하며, 저출산⋅고령화⋅가족 구조 변화 등 복잡한 사회 문제에 대응하는 교육적 역할이 더욱 확대될 것이다. 2022 개정 교육과정은 실천적 추론을 도덕적 결정을 위한 지혜로서 강조하며, 도덕적 성장과 인간관계 향상을 위한 핵심 과정으로 성찰을 또한 중요하게 다루고 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 문헌적 탐색은 향후 성찰에 대한 후속 연구의 토대가 될 수 있을 것으로 기대해 본다.

영문 초록

This study aims to philosophically explore the identity of Home Economics Education by fundamentally questioning the concept of “practical reasoning,” which was explicitly introduced for the first time in the 2022 revised Home Economics curriculum. To address the research question, this study proceeded through the following stages: conceptual clarification of practical reasoning, philosophical analysis from multiple perspectives, and the development of a practical reasoning framework tailored to Home Economics Education. The ultimate goal is to seek ways in which this concept can be meaningfully applied in educational practice. Although the stage of reflection and re-exploration—typically involving reconsideration of the inquiry in light of new paradigms, changes, and emerging issues—is an essential part of philosophical inquiry, it was omitted in this study due to the early stage of implementation of the 2022 revised curriculum in schools. The revised curriculum highlights practical reasoning as the wisdom necessary for making moral decisions and emphasizes reflection as a key process for moral development and the enhancement of human relationships. Therefore, this study’s literature-based philosophical exploration is expected to serve as a foundation for future research on the concept of reflection as emphasized in the 2022 curriculum.
