국문 초록

Purpose: This study examined the relationship among biomedical ethics awareness, moral sensitivity, and metacognition on artificial intelligence ethics awareness in nursing students to identify the influencingfactors. Methods: The participants of this study were 198 nursing students at the three universities in the metropolitan area. The data from structured questionnaires were collected from 20 August to 21 September 2024. Descriptive statistics, independent tests, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient test, and multiple regression were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 22 program. Result: Artificial intelligence ethics awareness was correlated with biomedical ethics awareness (r=.17, p=.017), moral sensitivity (r=.39, p<.001), and metacognition (r=.44, p<.001). Metacognition (β=.32, p<.001) and moral sensitivity (β=.24, p=.001) significantly influenced the artificial intelligence ethics awareness of nursing students. These variables could explain 19.5% of the subjects' artificial intelligence ethics awareness (F=19.47, p<.001). Conclusion: Moral sensitivity and metacognition are needed to enhance nursing students' awareness of artificial intelligence ethics.
