『사회복지정책론』, 이 책은 사회복지정책의 개념과 역사, 이론, 분석, 그리고 실제 정책 사례를 다루고 있다. 또한 사회복지정책에 대한 전반적인 이해를 돕기 위해 쓰여진 책으로, 사회복지학 분야에서 매우 영향력 있다다고 보여지며, 사회복지분야의 실무에 적용할 수 있는 내용을 담고 있는 것으로 평가된다. 그러나, 실제적인 사례나 적용 방법에 대한 내용, 국제 사회복지정책에 대한 내용 등과 같이 사회복지정책의 한계에 대한 내용 및 발전 방향에 대한 내용을 보완할 필요성이 있다. 이 책의 완성도를 높이기 위해서는 사회복지정책에 대한 이론적 배경, 정책이 지속적인 변화와 발전에 대응한 최신자료 연구, 다양한 사례와 예시, 비판적인 시각, 정책수립과 실행에 대한 이해, 정책평가와 효과성 및 정책대상자 참여를 다루는 내용을 포함하여야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

『Social Welfare Policy Theory』, this book covers the concept, history, theory, analysis, and actual policy cases of social welfare policy. In addition, it is a book written to aid the overall understanding of social welfare policy. It is very influential in the field of social welfare and contains content that can be applied to practical work in the field of social welfare. However, there is a need to supplement the content on the limitations of social welfare policies and the direction of development, including content on practical cases, application methods, and international social welfare policies. In order to improve the completeness of this book, the theoretical background on social welfare policy, research on the latest data in response to continuous changes and developments in policy, various cases and examples, critical perspectives, understanding of policy establishment and implementation, policy evaluation and effectiveness. And it must include contents dealing with the participation of policy targets.
