유아교사의 디지털 리터러시, 테크노스트레스, 테크놀로지 유아교수내용지식이 디지털 놀이 지원역량에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아교사의 디지털 리터러시와 테크노스트레스, 테크놀로지 유아교수내용지식 간의 관계 및 각 변인들이 디지털 놀이 지원역량에 미치는 상대적 영향은 어떠한지 알아보는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 수도권에 위치한 유치원과 어린이집 유아교사 273명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 21.0프로그램을 이용하여 연구문제에 따라 기술통계, 신뢰도 분석, Pearson상관계수, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 유아교사의 디지털 리터러시, 테크놀로지 유아교수내용지식, 디지털 놀이 지원역량 간에는 유의한 정적상관이, 이들 변수와 테크노스트레스 간에는 부적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사의 디지털 놀이 지원역량에 디지털 리터러시와 테크놀로지 유아교수내용지식은 정적 영향을 미치는 반면 테크노스트레스는 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 유아교사들이 디지털 격차로 인한 스트레스를 해소하고 시대에 맞는 디지털 역량을 키워나갈 수 있도록 디지털 맞춤 컨설팅이나 전문적 학습공동체, 워크샵 또는 교사 교육프로그램 등을 적극적으로 개발하고 현장에 적용하도록 지원하는 것이 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study aims to examine the relationship among digital literacy, technostress, and technological pedagogical & content knowledge affecting children, Specifically, it attempts to investigate to relative influence of each of these variables on early childhood teachers’ digital play support competency. Online surveys were conducted with 273 early childhood teachers in the Seoul metropolitan area. Data were analyzed using the SPSS 21 program with descriptive statistics, reliability analyses, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analyses. The study results, showed that digital literacy, and technological pedagogical & content knowledge impacted digital play support competency of early childhood teachers positively, whereas technostress impacted it negatively. These findings suggest that digital consultations, professional learning communities, workshops, and educational programs should be developed, to support teachers to apply them in the educational field. Accordingly, early childhood teachers can relieve their stress owing to the digital gap and develop digital competency needed in the current times.
