놀이중심교육과정 실행에 있어 영유아 교사에게 영향을 주는 요인과 요구에 대한 연구동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 영유아 교사의 놀이중심교육과정 실행에 영향을 주는 요인과 요구를 분석하여 연구 동향을 살핌으로써 영유아 교사의 개정 누리과정에 미치는 영향 요인과 요구를 인식하여 교육의 질을 높이고자 한다. 2019년 개정 누리과정이 적용되었던 2019년부터 2024년까지 연구된 국내 학위논문을 대상으로 살펴보았으며 키워드로 ‘개정누리과정’, ‘놀이중심교육과정’, ‘영유아 교사’ 검색을 통해 학위논문 총 85편의 논문을 대상으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 시대별 연구 흐름을 살펴본 결과, 2019년부터 연구는 꾸준히 나타났으며 특히 2021~22년에 급속히 증가하였다. 연구대상은 만3~5세를 담당하고 있는 유아 교사 대상이 많았으며 연구유형은 질적연구 중 심층 면담이 많았다. 둘째, 놀이중심교육과정에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴본 결과 개인적 요인으로 전문성이 가장 많이 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났고 사회적 요인으로는 대인관계 중 유아의 개별적 특성 이해하기가 놀이중심교육과정 실행에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 요구를 분석한 결과 놀이중심교육과정을 효과적으로 실천할 수 있는 구체적이고 체계적인 교수학습공동체 구성에 대해 요구하였으며 사회적 지지에 대한 요구, 근무환경에 대한 요구가 나타났다. 본 연구는 현장에서 실시하고 있는 놀이중심교육과정 실행에 영향을 주는 요인과 요구 분석을 통해 교사가 효능감을 느끼고 놀이중심교육과정에 대해 효율적인 교육을 할 수 있는 중요한 기초자료로 활용될 것이라 기대된다.

영문 초록

This study aims to improve the quality of education by recognizing the factors and demands that affect the revised Nuri process employed by infant teachers. This is undertaken by examining the research trends in analyzing the play-oriented curriculum implemented by infant teachers.The revised Nuri course was applied in 2019, and subsequently several research studies focused on its efficacy. Based on a search for the keywords 'revised Nuri course', 'play-oriented curriculum', and 'toddlers teacher', a total of 85 domestic theses undertaken from 2019 to 2024, were analyzed for this study. Through this analysis of research studies, two phases were identified - initially research appeared steadily after 2019, and there after it increased rapidly from 2021-22. Many of the subjects of the studies were teachers of toddlers aged 3 to 5, and qualitative research involving in-depth interviews was the main research method used. Examining the factors influencing the play-based curriculum, it was found that teacher expertise was the most influential personal factor, while understanding the individual characteristics of toddlerss as they navigated interpersonal relationships was the key social factor. Further, a demand for a specific and systematic teaching and learning community that could effectively implement the play-based curriculum was noted and therefore a demand for social support and a working environment appeared. This study which analyses the factors and demands that affect the implementation of play-based curriculum in the field is expected to be used as important basic data for teachers to provide such education effectively.
