국문 초록

본 연구는 획일화되고 정해진 지침에 익숙해 있던 15년 차 어린이집 원장이 2019 개정누리과정 운영 시기에 겪게 된 어려움을 들뢰즈적인 시선을 통해 극복하는 과정을 ‘어린이집 원장-되기’로 기록한 자문화기술지이다. 이를 위하여 연구자는 개인적인 자료와 어린이집 현장에서 연구자의 목소리가 담겨 있는 모든 공식적인 기록들을 수집하였으며, 이에 근거하여 들뢰즈적 개념들로 새롭게 바라보게 된 순간의 경험들을 분석하였다. 그 결과 기존의 영토화된 사고를 탈주함으로써 다음의 ‘어린이집 원장-되기’의 모습으로 나아가고 있다는 것을 발견할 수 있었다. 첫째, 일상적인 귀 기울이기에 익숙한 원장에서 발현적 귀 기울이기를 하는 원장-되기이다. 둘째, 습관적인 과거의 정형화된 사고를 뛰어넘어 새로운 방식으로 실천하는 원장-되기이다. 셋째, 인위적인 완벽함을 추구하는 것이 아닌 현재의 모습을 자연스럽게 인정하는 원장-되기이다. 이 연구는 2019 개정 누리과정 운영 시기 들뢰즈를 만나면서 어린이집 현장에서 그동안 원장으로 당연시해온 생각의 평범함을 의식적으로 해체하고 창조적으로 사유하려는 과정을 드러내었다는 것에 의미가 있다. 이러한 노력이 어린이집 원장을 포함한 관리자들에게 새로운 교육적인 관점과 대안을 생성해 나갈 수 있는 촉매제가 될 수 있기를 기대한다. This study is an autoethnography that a 15-year-old daycare center director records 'becoming a director of the daycare center' with a Deleuze perspective during the operation of the 2019 revised Nuri course. For this purpose, the researcher collected the personal data and all the records containing the researcher's voice at the daycare center. We analyzed the experiences of the moments view while thinking about Deleuze's concepts to examine the process of becoming a director of a daycare center. In this study, it was found that the daycare center director moves toward the next 'becoming a director of a daycare center' escaping from the existing territorialized thinking. The appearance of becoming a director found in this way was as follows: first, to become a director one has to be an emergent listener rather than a director accustomed to listening on a daily basis. Second, a director transcends the stereotyped thinking of the habitual past and practices it in a new way. Third, a director acknowledges the natural present state rather than pursuing artificial perfection. This study is meaningful in that, the researcher attempts to deconstruct the banal thinking consciously and think creatively while meeting Deleuze. We look forward that this study will be able to play a role that suggests a new educational standpoint and an alternative to the administrators including the daycare center directors.
