국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 여성고령근로자의 다차원적 빈곤을 유형화하고 유형별 예측요인 및 우울에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 여성가족패널 8차년도 자료 중, 55세 이상의 임금 근로 여성 총 1,092명을 분석에 사용하였으며, 기술통계 및 빈도분석, 잠재계층분석, 다항로지스틱회귀분석, Wald test를 실시하였다. 분석결과, 다차원적 빈곤 유형은 다중빈곤형, 근로·건강 빈곤형, 저빈곤형의 총 3가지로 분류되었으며, 연령, 학력, 자녀 수가 유형화의 예측요인으로 나타났다. 또한 다중 빈곤형과 근로·건강 빈곤형의 우울수준이 저빈곤형보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 여성고령근로자의 우울 완화를 위해 필요한 정책적, 실천적 개입방안을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to categorize multidimensional poverty among older female workers and identify predictive factors and life depression for each type. For this purpose, 1,092 older female workers were selected from the “Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women and Families (8th wave).” Descriptive analysis, latent class analysis, multinomial logistic regression analysis, and pairwise class comparisons were conducted using Wald’s chisquare tests. The results revealed that poverty among older female workers could be categorized into three types: multiple poverty, employment and health poverty, and low poverty. Age, education, and the number of children were identified as predictive factors. Additionally, depression leviels were higher in the multiple poverty, employment, and health poverty groups, compared to the low poverty type. Based on these findings, the study recommends policies and practical interventions to prevent depres sion among older female workers.
