국문 초록

본 연구는 다문화 청소년의 우울 변화궤적 및 변화궤적별 잠재계층의 특징을 분석하고, 다문화 청소년 우울에 미치는 예측요인을 제시하는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 다문화청소년패널조사(MAPS)의 자료 2차년도(초5)부터 6차년(중3)의 데이터를 사용하였다. 본 연구에서는 잠재성장모형 분석을 통하여 전체 다문화 청소년의 우울 변화를 추정한 후 성장혼합모형 분석을 통하여 전체 집단 내 서로 다른 변화 양상을 보이는 하위 잠재성장계층을 유형화하고, 이를 예측하는 다문화 청소년의 개인 요인(자아존중감), 환경 요인(가족의 지지, 친구의 지지, 교사의 지지), 양육 요인(어머니의 부모효능감)이 우울을 예측하는지 살펴보았다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다문화 청소년의 우울 변화궤적은 시간의 흐름에 따라 3개의 잠재집단(초기 우울 저수준 - 증가형, 초기 우울 고수준 - 감소형, 초기 우울 중수준 – 유지형)이 도출되었다. 둘째, 다문화 청소년의 자아존중감, 가족의 지지, 친구의 지지, 어머니의 부모효능감이 우울 변화궤적을 예측하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 다문화 청소년의 우울 변화궤적 잠재계층별 예측 요인에 따른 우울 감소를 위한 개입 방안을 제시하였으며, 연구 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 의의 및 제한점을 기술하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of the depression change trajectory and potential class by change trajectory of multicultural adolescents, and to present predictive factors for depression in multicultural adolescents. To this end, data from the 2nd year (primary 5) to the 6th year (middle school 3) of the multicultural youth panel survey were used. In this study, the depression change of all multicultural adolescents is estimated through the analysis of the potential growth model Through the analysis of the growth mixture model, sub-potential growth classes showing different patterns of change within the entire group are categorized. We examined whether individual factors (self-esteem), environmental factors (family support, friend support, teacher support), and parenting factors (mother's parental efficacy) predict depression. The analysis results are as follows. First, the trajectory of depression change in multicultural adolescents was derived from three latent groups (initial depression low-level - incremental type, initial depression high-level - decremental type, and initial depression medium-level - maintenance type) over time. Second, it was found that multicultural adolescents' self-esteem, family support, friend support, and mother's parental efficacy predicted the trajectory of depression change. Based on the results of this study, an intervention plan for reducing depression according to predictive factors for each potential class of multicultural adolescents' depression change trajectory was suggested, and the significance and limitations of the study were described based on the results of the study.
