초등학교 방과후학교 역사 강사의 직무 및 교육요구도 분석

국문 초록

이 연구는 초등학교 방과후학교 강사의 수급과 역할이 중요해짐에 따라 역사 강사를 대상으로 방과후학교 강사의 직무를 분석하여 명확한 책무 및 과업을 제시하고, 교육요구도를 파악하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 방과후학교 및 직무분석에 대한 선행연구를 토대로 DACUM 워크숍을 3차에 걸쳐 진행하였으며, DACUM 워크숍에서 도출된 직무모델은 설문조사를 통해 타당성을 검증하였다. DACUM 워크숍 결과 초등학교 방과후학교 역사 강사의 직무는 총 8개 책무와 51개 과업이 도출되었고, 과업별로 필요한 지식, 기술, 태도 및 미래 전망을 살펴보았다. 설문조사는 51개의 과업에 대한 ‘난이도, 중요도, 수행빈도’를 확인하였으며, 전국 초등학교 방과후학교 전·현직 역사 강사 222명이 참여하였다. 설문 결과는 과업별 기술통계, IPA 매트릭스, Borich 요구도, The Locus for Focus Model로 분석하여, 우선순위가 높은 과업을 도출하였다. 이를 종합할 때, 수업일정 확인, 학생 학습 수준 파악, 학생 수업 태도지도, 공개수업 실시, 새로운 강의기법 개발, 현장 답사 참여, 역사자격증 취득 준비의 과업에 대한 지원이 시급한 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 DACUM 및 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 학술적·실천적 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to analyze the job of after-school history instructors to present clear duties and tasks and identify educational needs as the roles of after-school instructors in elementary schools become important ahead of the expansion of after-school to Neulbom school. To this end, three DACUM workshops were conducted for Subject Matter Expert(SME) based on previous studies on after-school and job analysis, and the validity of the job model derived from the DACUM workshops was verified through a survey. As a result of the DACUM workshops, the job of after-school history instructors in elementary schools was classified into a total of 8 duties and 51 tasks, and the knowledge, skills, attitudes, and future trends needed for each task were examined. The survey confirmed the ‘difficulty, importance, and frequency of performance’ of 51 tasks, and 222 former and current history instructors from after-school in elementary schools nationwide participated. As a result of performing technical statistics, IPA matrix, Borich demand, and The Locus for Focus Model analysis for each task, high-priority tasks were extracted. In sum, it was found that it was urgent to support tasks such as checking class schedules, identifying student learning levels, guiding student class attitudes, conducting open classes, developing new lecture techniques, participating in field trips, and preparing to obtain historical certificates. Finally, academic and practical suggestions were presented based on DACUM and survey results.
