특성화고등학교 졸업생 채용에 대한 A시 소재 기업 인사담당자 인식 분석

국문 초록

특성화고는 특정 분야의 전문적 인재 양성을 목적으로 교육하는 직업교육기관으로서, 학생들이 전문적 인재로 성장하여 노동시장에 안정적으로 진입하는 것이 특성화고의 중요한 목표가 된다. 고졸 채용에 있어 기업의 의지는 절대적이라고 할 수 있기에 기업의 인사담당자의 인식을 알아갈 필요가 있다. 이에 따라 A시 소재의 9개 기업 인사담당자들과의 면담을 통해 인식을 분석하였다. 그 결과 고졸 채용은 ‘기업의 구인난 해결 방안’으로 작동하고 있었다. 그리고 기업이 바라는 인재의 모습은 ‘직무 인성을 갖춘 인재’로 소통 및 관계 형성, 근면, 인문학적 소양 등이 필요하다고 보고 있었다. 고졸 채용의 효율성 제고를 위해 특성화고와의 교류 활성화, 정부 차원의 제도적 지원, 특성화고에 대한 부정적 인식 개선 등이 필요하다고 보고 있었다. 이에 따라 도출된 결론은 첫째, 고졸 취업에 적합한 일자리 마련, 둘째, 인성 및 보통교과교육 강화, 셋째, 정부 차원의 지원 정책 확대가 필요하다는 것이다.

영문 초록

A specialized high school is a vocational education institution that aims to train specializational talents in a specific field, and it is an important goal for students to grow into specializational talents and stably enter the labor market. The willingness of companies to hire high school graduates is essential, so it is necessary to grasp the perceptions of personnel managers. Therefore, we analyzed their perceptions through interviews with them from 9 companies in the ‘A’ city. The results showed that high school graduate recruitment was working as a solution to the company's shortage of staff, and that the type of talent that companies are looking for is a "job personality", which requires communication and relationship with members, hard work, and humanistic aptitude. In order to improve the efficiency of high school graduate recruitment, it is necessary to activate exchanges with specialized high schools, provide institutional support at the government level, and improve negative perceptions of specialized high schools. The conclusions drawn from this are that, first, it is necessary to prepare suitable jobs for high school graduates, second, to strengthen personality and general education, and third, to expand support policies at the government level.
