교무업무지원팀 운영이 교사의 교무업무 만족도에 미치는 영향 분석 : 충남 소재 중학교를 중심으로

국문 초록

교육부는 교원의 업무경감을 위해 다양한 정책을 시행하고 있으며, 교무업무지원팀은 교사가 교육활동에 집중할 수 있도록 교무업무를 담당하는 업무분장 조직이다. 교무업무지원팀 운영은 교사의 업무경감에 긍정적 영향을 주었으며, 업무 분담의 불명확성과 업무처리 매뉴얼 부재가 문제점으로 나타났다. 교무업무지원팀 관련 연구는 담임교사의 업무 경감에 관한 연구가 제한적이고, 주로 질적 연구로 진행되었다. 본 연구에서는 충남교육청 소속 중학교 교사 347명을 대상으로 교무업무지원팀 운영이 교사의 교무업무 만족도에 미치는 영향과 담임교사가 인식하는 교무업무 만족도를 설문조사로 알아보았다. 주요 결과는 교사의 전문직 인식 정도와 교무업무지원팀 운영은 교사의 교무업무 만족도에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 교육활동 집중이 필요한 담임교사는 교무업무 만족도를 부적으로 인식하며, 혁신학교에서 교무업무지원팀 운영은 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하고 있었다. 논의사항으로 교사가 교육활동에 집중할 수 있는 교무업무지원팀 운영과 담임교사의 교무업무 지원을 위한 교무업무지원팀 운영이 필요하다. 교직에 대한 전문직 인식은 교사에게 교무업무 만족감에 긍정적 영향으로 준다. 그러므로 전문직 인식에 영향을 주는 다양한 요인에 관한 연구와 혁신학교 교무업무 처리를 위한 기반 조성이 선행되어야 한다.

영문 초록

The Ministry of Education has implemented various policies to reduce teachers' workloads, and the school affairs support team is a department responsible for dividing school duties so that teachers can focus on educational activities. The operation of the school affairs support team had a positive impact on reducing teachers' workloads, but uncertainties in the division of work and the absence of work handling manuals were pointed out as problems. Until now, the effectiveness of the operation of the school affairs support team has been studied through qualitative research or research targeting the entire school. In this study, 347 middle school teachers belonging to the Chungnam Office of Education were surveyed, and significant statistical results of the operation of the school affairs support team were confirmed through regression analysis, while the impact of the school affairs support team operation on homeroom teachers was also investigated. As a result of this discussion, it is necessary to operate a school affairs support team so that teachers can focus on educational activities, and to support the school affairs of the homeroom teacher who needs to concentrate on educational activities. Since professional perception of teaching professions positively affects teachers' satisfaction with school affairs and the improvement of teaching ability, research on various factors affecting professional perception is needed, and it is necessary to establish a foundation for dealing with innovative school affairs.
