국문 초록

본 연구는 감사프로그램이 저소득층 빈곤아동의 자아탄력성 사회적 지지에 미치는 효과를 검증하는데 있다 이를 통해 자신과 타인의 관계에서 감사한 순간과 강점을 찾고 긍정적인 관계를 위한 방법을 실천할 수 있도록 감사프로그램을 개발하였다 연구대상은 초등학교에 다니는 3학년~6학년 저소득층 빈곤아동에게 12주의 감사프로그램을 실시하였고 프로그램의 효과성을 측정하기 위한 변인으로 자아탄력성 사회적 지지를 선정하고 분석하였다 연구결과 참가자들은 감사프로그램을 통해 스트레스 상황에서 보다 건강하게 대처할 수 있는 자아탄력성 및 사회적 지지가 증진시키는데 효과적이었다 본 프로그램을 참가한 아동들은 사회적 지지를 많이 받는다고 지각할수록 심리적 안녕감을 높이는데 감사프로그램이 도움이 된다는 것을 의미한다 따라서 자아탄력성 및 사회적 지지의 긍정적인 효과를 나타내는 감사프로그램은 다른 연령과 다양한 환경의 아동들에게 활용해 볼 필요가 있을 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

This study examines the effects of the audit program on the ego - resilience and social support of low - income poor children. Through this, we developed an audit program to find out the moments and strengths of appreciation in the relationship between oneself and others, and to practice methods for positive relationships. The subjects of this study were 12 weeks' audit program for low - income children in the 3rd to 6th graders attending Y elementary school and selected ego - resilience and social support as the variables to measure the effectiveness of the program. As a result of the study, participants were found to be effective in enhancing ego - resilience and social support to cope with stress more effectively through the audit program. The more perceived that the children who participated in this program are receiving the high level of social support, the higher the psychological wellbeing, which means that the audit program is helpful. Therefore, it is necessary to use the audit program which shows positive effects of ego - resilience and social support in children of different ages and various environments.
