국문 초록

본 연구는 불교의 선가(輝家)에서 자성을 탐구하고 마음을 닦는 과정을 열 단계로 나누어 해설한 십우도(十牛圖)의 과정에 서양의 심리치료인 심리극을 접목한선-심리극(Zen - Psychodrama)을 소개하고자 한다. 심리극은 짧은 시간에 내담자의 본질적인 문제를 해결하고 진정한자기를 발견하는데 탁월한 것으로 알려져 있다. 선-심리극은 십우도의 열 단계의 과정에 심리극의 실연과정을 연결함으로써 내담자의 핵심문제를 찾아 이를 해결하고 본성의 진정한 자기를 발견하도록 하는데 목적이 있다. 여기에서는 선과 명상, 십우도 그리고 심리극의 개념을이해하고, 선-심리극의 과정을 소개함으로써 명상치료의 또 다른 모델을 개발하고자한다.

영문 초록

This study was designed to introduce Zen - Psychodrama, which is a model integrating psychodrama, a type of Western psychotherapy, into Ten Bulls of Zen, which explains ten stages in how an individual can exam -ine him/herself and reach his/her 0때 mindfulness. Psychodrama has been well-known for its excellent effect on helping clients work out their essential issue and discover their true selves in a very short time. Zen-Psychodrama has its purpose in helping a client figure out his/her own core issue and finally find his/her own true self by connecting the process of Psychodrama with the ten stages of the Ten Bulls of Zen. That is, the purpose of the present study is in developing another model of meditation therapy by understanding the concepts of Zen, Meditation, Ten Bulls of Zen, and psychodrama, and introducing the process of Zen - Psychodrama.
