놀이중심의 자기표현훈련이고립아동의 사회적 기술에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 놀이 중심의 자기표현훈련 프로그램이 고립아동의 사회적 기술 및 사회 정서적 고립에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 실시되었다. 연구 대상은 사회 정서적 고립 점수가 100.96점(M+1SD) 이상인 아동 8명이며, 총 10회로, 매회기 60~80분씩의 놀이 중심의 자기표현훈련 프로그램을 실시한 후 아동의 사회적 기술 및 사회 정서적 고립의 변화를 측정하였다. 고립아동의 사회적 기술은 아동 보고식 사회적 기술 검사, 교사 보고식 사회적 기술 검사를 사전․사후로 비교하고 훈련 내 이완활동과 훈련 실시 전과 후의 자유놀이 상황에서 아동의 행동 변화를 관찰자가 측정하였다. 그리고 사회 정서적 고립 변화를 알아보기 위해 사회 정서적 고립 검사를 사전․사후로 비교하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 놀이 중심의 자기표현훈련에 참여한 고립아동의 사회적 기술이 향상되었다. 둘째, 놀이 중심의 자기표현훈련을 통해 고립아동의 사회 정서적 고립이 감소되었다.

영문 초록

This is a pretest-posttest research that purposed to improve isolated children’s social skills and reduce their social and emotional isolation through the application of play-based self-expression training program. The subjects of this study were 8 fifth-grade students that got a score of social and emotional isolation higher than 100.96 (M+1SD). The play-based self-expression training program was consisted of 10 sessions, twice in a sessions per week, and 60~80 minutes per session. The effects of the program were analyzed by measuring and comparing child-report social skills, teacher-report social skills and social and emotional isolation before and after the treatment and examining behavioral changes during the sessions and between before and after the training. The results of this research are as follows:First, the children’s social skills were improved after the training compared to them before the treatment.Second, the children’s social and emotional isolation measured using a social and emotional isolation scale decreased after the treatment compared to that before the treatment.
