박목월의 시 중심에서 와 모래놀이에 나타난 돌의 상징성 연구

국문 초록

모래놀이치료는 투사와 전이가 일어날 수 있는 예술적 표현 활동을 제공하는 상담기법이다. 내담자는 마치 시인 혹은 작가처럼 모래상자에 자신의 내면을 자유롭게 표현하면서 작품에 투사를 시작한다. 시(詩)는 눈으로 보이지 않는 이미지를 통해 인간정신을 표현하는 독특한 방법이다. 시인은 이미지를 통해서 언어와 문자를 초월해 있는 상징적인 어떤 것을 보여준다. 이미지라는 상자 안에는 인간의 무의식에 있으면서 의식화 되어야 할 많은 내용들이 담겨있다. 이것은 상징이 이미지를 통해서 깊은 곳에 있는 정신의 내용을 드러내고 싶어 하기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 한국의 대표적인 현대 서정시인 박목월의 시(詩) 가운데 중심에서 라는 시를 대상으로 돌의 상징성과 시인의 정신세계에 대해 알아보고, 이를 통해 모래놀이치료 사례에서 보이는 내담자의 돌에 대한 상징적 체험을 함께 살펴보고자 한다. 박목월은 시 중심에서 라는 시에서 돌=중심 이라는 상징적 의미를 통해 시인이 살아온 인생에서 체험한 삶의 의미를 표현하고 있다. 공간과 시간의 이미지 그리고 죽음과 생명, 순간과 영원의 이미지를 통해 상징적 체험을 시적으로 형성화한 것으로 보인다. 또한 모래놀이에 나타난 사춘기의 14세 소녀가 상담의 후반기에 돌이 있는 3개의 상자를 꾸민 후 소녀에서 숙녀가 되어 가고 있듯이, 내담자와 상담자의 투사와 전이를 통해 내담자뿐만 아니라 상담자 또한 내적 인격의 변화 작업에 함께 참여할 때, 돌의 상징성은 그 의미를 드러낼 것이다.

영문 초록

Sandplay therapy is a counseling technique offering artistic expressive activities available for projection and transference. A client starts to conduct projection in a sand picture, expressing freely one s own inside in sand box like a poet or an author. A poem is a unique method expressing human mentality through invisible images. A box called an image contains lots of contents to be conscious in human sub-consciousness. This is a reason that a symbol tries to reveal the contents of mind deep inside through image. In this study, symbolism of stone and a poet s mentality are reviewed through In the center , one of poems by the Korean representative contemporary lyric poet, Park Mok-Wol and a client s symbolic experiences about stone in a case of sandplay therapy are described. Park created poetic symbolism through images and expressed meanings of life experienced through his life with symbolic meaning of stone is center . The poet seemed to form symbolic experiences poetically through images of space and time, and those of death and life, and moment and eternity. In addition, as the 14-year-old girl of puberty who appeared in the sand play is going from girl to lady after decorating three stony boxes in the second half of the counseling session, The symbolism of stone will reveal its meaning when the counselee as well as the counsellor participate together in the work of changing inner character through the projection and transference of the physician and counselor.
