상담사례개념도를 활용한 게슈탈트 상담 사례개념화: 내담자-상담자 관계와 4단계 절차를 중심으로

국문 초록

사례개념화는 상담자가 내담자로부터 얻은 다양한 정보들을 통합하여 상담의 방향을 정하고 문서화 하는 것이다. 그러나 내담자 문제의 정의방식, 사례 이해, 상담 목표와 전략 수립 방법은 상담자가 가진 이론적 배경 및 접근 방식에 따라 다르게 전개된다. 현상학적이고 실존적인 대화적 관계를 매우 중요하게 여기는 게슈탈트 상담은 상담자로 하여금 내담자 이해뿐만 아니라 내담자에 대한 상담자의 태도가 구체적이고 명료하게 제시되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 내담자-상담자 관계와 4단계 절차를 중심으로 게슈탈트 상담 사례개념화의 관계모델을 연구하였다. 먼저 게슈탈트 상담의 핵심 개념들을 개관하였다. 그리고 내담자 영역, 상담자 영역, 내담자-상담자 관계 영역으로 구분하여 게슈탈트 상담의 4단계 절차를 중심으로 게슈탈트 상담 사례개념화를 제안하였고, 연구의 이해를 돕기 위해 게슈탈트 상담 사례개념도를 제시하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 한계, 후속연구에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

Case conceptualization is conduct to document information that counselors obtain from their clients and set directions for counselling. However, what is counselors define their client’s problems, understand their cases, and establish counselling strategies and goal is different according to their theoretical backgrounds. Gestalt therapy focuses on phenomenological, existential and dialogic relationship. Gestalt therapy provide the counselor not only understanding their cases but also counselor s attitude toward the client. In this study, Gestalt case conceptualization was systematically studied using the counseling case conceptualization map. First, it provided an overview of the main concepts of Gestalt theory. Then it presented Gestalt case conceptualization for client zone, counselor zone, and the client-counselor relationship zone by focusing on the 4 step processes with the Gestalt counseling case conceptualization map. Finally it presented this study’s significance and, limitations, and suggestion for future research.
