기독 대학생의 내면화된 수치심 및 완벽주의가 대인관계문제 경향성에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대인관계 문제 경향성이 높은 기독 대학생들에게 내면화된 수치심 및 완벽주의가 어떻게 작용하는지를 탐색하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 기독 대학생 485명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하고, 대인관계문제 경향성이 높은 집단과 낮은 집단으로 분류하여 t–검증, 상관분석 및 중다회귀분석을 시행하였다. 연구 결과로는 첫째, 내면화된 수치심과 완벽주의에서 대인관계문제 경향성이 높은 집단과 낮은 집단 간에 유의미한 차이를 나타냈다. 둘째, 내면화된 수치심과 완벽주의 각 변수 별로 대인관계문제 경향성에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 대인관계문제 경향성이 낮은 집단의 경우 내면화된 수치심의 하위요인 중 ‘실수불안’이, 문제 경향성이 높은 집단의 경우 완벽주의의 하위요인 중 ‘사회부과 완벽주의’가 대인관계 문제 경향성에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대인관계 문제경향성에 대한 내면화된 수치심과 완벽주의의 영향관계를 분석한 결과, 대인관계문제 경향성이 높은 집단만이 내면화된 수치심과 완벽주의의 영향을 모두 받고 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 기독 대학생의 대인관계문제 해결을 위한 교육 및 상담전략 수립에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

This study is to explore how the internalized shame and perfectionism acts as an influencing factor in Christian university students who have a high tendency of interpersonal problem. 485 Christian university students were surveyed, and were classified into groups having a high and low tendency of interpersonal problem. t–test, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted. The results are as follows. First, there was a significant difference between high and low interpersonal problem tendency groups. Second, in case of a low interpersonal problem tendency group, ‘anxiety of making a mistake’ in internalized shame had a significant effect on interpersonal problem, and in case of a high interpersonal problem tendency group, ‘socially imposed perfectionism’ in perfectionism do. Third, in the results of analyzing an effect of internalized shame and perfectionism to interpersonal problem tendency, only high interpersonal problem tendency group was affected by both internalized shame and perfectionism. It is expected that the results of this study will be helpful to set an education and counseling strategy for Christian university students’ interpersonal problem solving.
