국문 초록

학생의 특기․적성은 정규 교육과정과 방과후학교 프로그램과의 연계를 통하여 더욱 효율적으로 육성될 수 있다. 방과후학교는 정규 교육과정을 보완하는 것이기 때문이다. 이 연구는 교과, 특별활동 및 재량활동을 방과후학교의 특기․적성교육 프로그램과 연계시켜 학생의 특기와 적성을 효율적으로 개발하고자 하는 것이다. 특기․적성교육은 정규 교육과정과 방과후학교 모두에서 독립적으로 이루어지기도 하지만 서로 연계하여 실시하는 것이 바람직하다. 이 연구의 목적은 정규 교육과정과 방과후학교의 특기․적성교육 프로그램과의 연계 방향과 지침 안을 제안하는 것이다. 이 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육의 본질적 측면을 고려하여, 연계의 방향과 목적을 제안한다. 둘째, 연계의 방향과 목적에 적합한 경험을 선정한다. 셋째, 선정한 경험을 잘 조직하고 가르쳐서 학생이 경험을 다양하고 깊이 있게 하도록 한다. 넷째, 학생이 한 경험을 평가하여 이후의 연계 방향과 목적 설정에 반영한다. 다섯째, 교육의 본질에 비추어서 학생의 경험을 다양화하도록 방과후학교 특기적성 프로그램을 운영한다.

영문 초록

The specialty and aptitude of students can be fostered efficiently through the linkage between subjects, extra-curricular activities, and optional activities of official curriculum and specialty․aptitude education program of after school. Because after school is to complement official curriculum. This study is to develop the specialty․aptitude of students efficiently through the linkage between subjects, extra-curricular activities, and optional activities of official curriculum and specialty․aptitude education program of after school. Though specialty․aptitude education is implemented in both official curriculum and after school program independently, it is desirable to carry out in conjunction with each other. The purpose of this study is to suggest directions and draft guidelines of linkage between official curriculum and specialty․aptitude education program of after school. The conclusions of this study are as follows. First, considering the essential aspects of the education, we need to propose directions and purposes of the linkage. Second, we need to select the experiences suitable for the directions and purposes of the linkage. Third, we need to well-organize and teach the selected experiences for the students to allow diverse and deep experiences. Fourth, after we evaluate the experiences of the students, we need to reflect it to the directions and goal-settings of the linkage. Fifth, in the light of the essence of education, we need to implement specialty․aptitude education program of after school to diverse the experiences of the students.
