장인적 학습 척도 개발 및 타당화 연구

국문 초록

이 연구는 현대 장인들의 일을 통한 배움과 성장의 특징인 장인성(장원섭, 2015) 개념을 바탕으로 장인적 학습 척도를 개발하고 타당화하는 것을 목표로 한다. 장인적 학습 척도를 개발하기 위하여 장인성 및 장인 관련 문헌, 성인교육 및 일터학습 관련 문헌을 바탕으로 내용분석을 실시하고 장인적 학습의 5개 세부요인을 도출하였다. 도출된 5개 요인은 자주적 학습, 학습 집념, 통합적 학습, 열린 학습관계망, 도구를 통한 학습이다. 내용분석 결과를 바탕으로 제작된 세부요인, 조작적 정의, 측정 문항을 바탕으로 2차에 걸쳐 전문가 대상 설문을 실시하였으며, 설문을 통해 수집된 의견을 바탕으로 척도를 수정하였다. 이후 각 요인 당 4문항씩 총 20문항으로 된 설문을 제작하여 219명의 직장인을 대상으로 예비조사를 실시하였다. 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 도출된 5개 세부요인의 구조가 적합한 것으로 분석되었다. 요인 계수와 요인적재치를 기준으로 일부 문항을 삭제, 수정하여 525명의 직장인을 대상으로 본조사를 실시하였다. 본조사 요인 분석 결과, 모든 문항이 요인 계수 기준을 충족하였으나 2개 이상의 요인에서 요인적재치가 높게 나온 3개 문항을 삭제하여 총 17문항으로 구성된 척도를 도출하였다. 장인적 학습 최종 척도와 장인적 학습의 결과 변인인 장인적 영향력 간의 상관관계를 분석하여 준거 관련 타당도를 확보하였다. 연구결과를 토대로 이 연구의 이론적, 실천적 활용방안과 척도의 타당성, 적용성을 확인하기 위한 향후 연구 방향을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to develop and validate the Masteristic Learning Scale (MLS) based on the concept of Masterity (Chang, 2015), which refers to the characteristics of modern masters. A content analysis of relevant literature and theories was conducted, resulting in five dimensions of Masteristic Learning: Self-driven Learning, Tenacity of Learning, Integrative Learning, Open Learning Network, and Tool-focused Learning. The initial version of the questionnaire was developed according to the content analysis result and was revised based on the two open-question expert surveys. The first round of validity and reliability test was conducted based on the data from a sample of 219 working adults. The researchers revised the questions that did not meet the factor coefficient and factor loading requirements. The second round of validation was conducted based on the data from a sample of 525 working adults. The result suggested that the scale has a valid construct and that all questions exceed the required factor coefficient. Three questions did not meet the factor loading requirement and were removed from the final version of the scale. As a result, this study presents an empirically validated instrument that consists of 5 factors and 17 questions, which was validated through concurrent criterion-related validation with Masteristic Influence. Discussions about the theoretical and practical implications of the MLS and suggestions for future research were followed.
