국문 초록

본 연구는 그림 그리기 표상 기반의 인지-초인지 전략교수가 경계선 지적 기능 아동의 수학 문장제 문제해결력에 미치는 효과에 대해 살펴보았다. 연구대상자로 초등학교 2학년에 재학 중인 경계선 지적 기능 아동 3명을 선정하여 기초선, 중재, 유지를 포함한 대상자간 중다 기초선 설계를 실행하였다. 독립변인과 종속변인은 그림 그리기 표상이 적용된 인지-초인지 전략 교수와 아동의 수학 문장제 문제해결기술과 수행태도로 설정하였다. 연구결과, 중재 후 참여 아동들의 문장제 문제해결기술의 성취수준이 전반적으로 향상되었으나 즉시효과, 경향성 및 변동성에 있어서 대상자별 차이를 보였다. 반면 참여 아동들의 주의집중 행동 및 과제집착력의 수행태도에서 긍정적인 효과가 나타났다. 본 연구는 경계선 지적 기능 학생의 수학 문장제 문제해결 지도 시 학습자 특성을 고려한 인지-초인지 전략 적용 방안의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다.

영문 초록

This study investigated the effects of cognitive and meta-cognitive strategy instruction using drawing on mathematical problem solving competency of children with borderline intellectual functioning(BIF). Three children with BIF who were enrolled in the second grade of elementary school were participated in the study. A multiple baseline design across participants including baselines, arbitration, and maintenance were applied. Independent and dependent variables were set a cognitive-meta cognitive strategy instruction using drawing, and children s mathematical problem solving skill and performance attitudes. As the result, the level of achievement of the children s sentence problem solving skill was generally improved after arbitration, but there was a difference between across participants in immediate effect, tendency and volatility. On the other hand, overall positive effects were found in the attitudes of participating children attentional behavior and task-obsession behavior. This study can be used as basic data for applying a cognitive and meta-cognitive strategy that considers learners characteristics when teaching BIF learners to solve with mathematical sentence problems.
