특수학급에 배치된 경도 지적장애 학생의 비대면 수업 참여관찰 사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 코로나 19 상황 속 특수학급 교사로서 시간제 특수학급에 배치되어 통합교육을 받는 경도 지적장애 학생 5명의 비대면 수업 참여 모습을 관찰한 연구이다. 코로나 19 상황이 1년 이상 지속되며 경도 지적장애 학생은 비대면 수업에 접속은 스스로 할 수 있었다. 그러나 여전히 서버 폭주 문제로 접속 상태가 불량한 문제가 나타나고 있다. 또한 비대면 수업에 접속할 수는 있으나 학생의 특성 및 수준에 적합한 교육이 제공되지 못하고, 비대면 수업 기간 동안 일반학생과의 접촉 및 교류가 없어 사회적 통합이 단절되는 모습도 보였다. 스마트기기로 수업에 참여하면서 수시로 다른 오락 기능 어플리케이션에 접속하여 수업에 집중하지 못하는 모습도 보였다. 비대면 수업에 몰입하기 위해서는 교사, 보호자, 보조인력 등의 도움이 필요하다. 코로나 19 상황에서 비대면 수업은 출결처리를 위한 형식적 상황에 그치며, 특수학급이 주로 돌봄과 수업 보조 기능을 담당하고 있다. 장애로 인한 교육 불평등이 발생하지 않도록, 장애 특성을 고려한 비대면 수업 및 통합교육 활성화 방안의 마련이 필요하다.

영문 초록

As a special teacher, In the COVID-19 pandemic situation, This study observed non-contact instruction participation of five students with mild intellectual disabilities who placed in special classes. The COVID-19 pandemic situation lasted more than a year, and students with mild intellectual disabilities could access non-contact instruction with Smart device on their own. However, there is still a problem with poor connection due to server congestion. And it was possible to access non-contact instruction, but education suitable for the characteristics and level of students was not provided, and social inclusion was cut off because there was no contact or exchange with ordinary students during the non-contact instruction. As he participated in classes with smart devices, he frequently accessed other entertainment function applications and was unable to concentrate on classes. In order to immerse yourself in non-face-to-face classes, you need help from teachers, guardians, and assistants. In the COVID-19 pandemic situation, non-contact instruction are only formal education for attendance processing, and special classes are mainly in charge of caring and assistance. In order to prevent educational inequality caused by disabilities, it is necessary to prepare measures to revitalize non-contact and integrated education considering the characteristics of disabilities.
