공업계열 전문교과 교사의 NCS 학습모듈 활용 능력에 대한 교육요구도 분석

국문 초록

이 연구는 공업계열 전문교과 교사의 인식을 통하여 NCS 학습모듈 활용에 필요한 능력 수준과 현재 능력수준, 그리고 이를 기반으로 한 교육요구도를 확인하는데 목적이 있다. 이 연구의 결과는 교원의 NCS 학습모듈활용 능력 향상을 위한 지원 방향 마련과 관련 연수 프로그램 개발 및 운영을 위한 기초 자료로 제공될 것이다. 이 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공업계열 전문교과 교사들은 NCS 학습모듈 활용 능력에 대한 필요 능력 수준을 전체 평균 4.17로 높게 인식하였으며, 영역별로는 ‘분석영역’ 4.13, ‘설계영역’ 4.18, ‘개발영역’ 4.10, ‘실행영역’ 4.23, ‘평가영역’ 4.22로 인식하였다. 이에 비하여 NCS 학습모듈 활용에 대한 현재의 능력 수준은 전체 평균 3.58로 인식하고 있었으며, 영역별로는 ‘분석영역’ 3.50, ‘설계영역’ 3.57, ‘개발영역’ 3.46, ‘실행영역’ 3.63, ‘평가영역’ 3.67로 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 공업계열 전문교과 교사들은 NCS 학습모듈 활용 능력의 현재 능력 수준을 필요 능력 수준보다 상대적으로 낮게 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 공업계열 전문교과 교사의 NCS 학습모듈 활용 능력에 대한 교육요구도는 관련 산업체의 현황 및 요구(인력 수요, 고용 동향, 기술 변화 등)에 적합한 NCS 학습모듈 조사·선정 능력(A1), 학과 인력양성 유형에 적합한 NCS 학습모듈 조사·선정 능력(A2), 학습자의 요구 및 학습 수준(사전 학습 여부, 자기 주도 학습 능력 등)에 적합한 NCS 학습모듈 조사·선정 능력(A3), 관련 산업체 및 학습자의 요구와 학습 환경 분석 결과를 반영한 NCS 학습모듈 활용 수업 설계 능력(B1), NCS 학습모듈에 필요한 학습 환경 요소(인적/물적 자원 등)를 조합한 수업 설계 능력(B2), 학습자가 NCS 학습모듈을 활용한 모듈 학습(자기 주도적 학습, 완전 학습, 개별 학습) 가능 수업 설계 능력(B8), 학습자의 NCS 학습모듈 학습 과정에 대한 적극적인 참여 유도 능력(D2), NCS 학습모듈을 활용하기 위한 학습 동기를 유발하는 능력(D3), NCS 학습모듈에 제시된 실험 실습 장비 운용 및 지도 능력(D6), NCS 학습모듈 학습 효과 향상을 위한 적절한 교수·학습 자료 및 장비 활용 능력(D7), NCS 학습모듈 활용 학습 결과의 후속 수업 반영 능력(E6)의 순으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

Through the understanding the teachers perceptions in the technical-vocational high schools, this study aims to find the level of ability required to Use NCS learning modules and the current level of ability to Use NCS learning modules and the abilities that teachers desire to learn more. The results of this study are will be provided as a basic data for Establishing a direction for support of Improvement the Ability to Use NCS Learning Modules and the development and operation of relevant training programs. The results of this study are as follows. First, The teachers perceptions in the technical-vocational high schools of the level of ability required to utilize NCS learning modules high average of 4.17 overall mean, by area the average in each category was in the range from 3.46 to 3.67 in the following order: Application(4.23), Evaluation(4.22), Planning(4.18), Analysis(4.13), Development(4.10). by comparison, the teachers perception about the current level of the NCS learning modules are 3.58 overall mean, by area the average in each category was in the range from 3.46 to 3.67 in the following order: Evaluation(3.67), Application(3.63), Planning(3.57), Analysis(3.50), Development(3.46). Therefore, The current level of ability to Use NCS learning modules was perceived to be relatively lower than The level of ability required to Use NCS learning modules. Second, the most desired areas to learn more regarding the ability to utilize the NCS learning module for the teachers are as follows: the ability (A1) to research and select the suitable NCS for the relevant industries current states and needs (e.g., worker quota, hiring trend, and changes of technologies, etc.); the ability (A2) to research and select the suitable NCS for each major; the ability (A3) to research and select the suitable NCS that meets students needs and capacity (e.g., pre-studied students, and the ability to carry on self-directed learning, etc.); the ability (B1) to design classes that incorporate the NCS, reflecting the needs of the relevant industries and students as well as the results of the analysis of the learning environment; the ability (B2) to design the classes that incorporate the components of learning environments(e.g., human/material resources) overall; the ability(B8) to design classes that make possible for the students to learn by a module learning (e.g., self-directed learning, mastery learning, and individual learning) which utilize the NCS; the ability (D2) to motivate students to learn under the NCS; the ability (D3) to encourage students to actively participate in NCS; the ability(D6) to use and teach its usage of the equipments for experiment/practice suggested by NCS; the ability (D7) to maximize the learning effect of the NCS by utilizing adequate resouces and equipments in teaching-learning; the ability (E6) to appropriately apply the analysis of the learning results from the classes that utilized NCS learning to future classes.
