영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop evaluation criteria for adaptability to workplace. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, the study problems were made as followings: a. What are the validity domains for the evaluation of adaptability to workplace? b. What are the validity elements for the evaluation of adaptability to workplace? The methods utilized for this study were review of the related literature, Delphi technic and survey. The finalized survey instruments were distributed to 400 supervisors in 100 industries across the nation. 203(50.8%) survey instruments returned and 196(49.0%) were used for analysis. Collected data was analyzed by the SPSS WIN Version 10.07 and the method utilized was descriptive statistical analysis such as frequency, percentage, average, and standard deviation and factor analysis. The conclusions obtained from this study were as followings: First, the validity analysis through the Delphi panel and factor analysis generated four evaluation domains for the adaptability to workplace: namely in terms of job-related knowledge/information, job-related skills/machines/devices/facilities, job-related attitude/human relations, and job-related satisfaction/self-development. Second, content validity review though the Delphi panel and factor analysis finalized identification of 43 evaluation elements. The evaluation domains and elements, reliability, and communality in each domains were obtained through factor analysis. Reliability coefficient of the questionnaire was very high, Cronbach α=.9736.
