미혼 중도척수장애여성의 결혼인식에 관한 질적사례연구

국문 초록

이 연구는 질적 사례연구로서 미혼 중도척수장애여성의 장애 이전과 이후의 결혼관을 비교해보며, 장애 이후의 결혼인식에 관하여 심층적으로 살펴보고자 한다. 이에 결혼인식을 가진 20대 이후에 척수장애를 갖게 된 5명의 미혼 척수장애여성을 대상으로 심층면접을 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 연구주제에 따른 의미를 분석하였다. 분석결과는 크게 ‘장애 이후’, ‘여성으로서 어려움’, ‘만남의 어려움’, ‘교제의 어려움’, ‘달라진 결혼관’, ‘가족의 반대’, ‘기대되는 역할’로 범주화하였다. 이러한 결과를 통해 미혼 척수장애여성의 긍정적인 결혼인식 확립을 지원하려는 방안을 논의하였다. 이 연구는 그동안 연구되지 않았던 미혼 척수장애여성의 결혼인식에 대해 살펴봄으로써 향후 관련 연구를 위한 기초자료로써 의미가 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

This study aims at comparing marriage cognition before and after the disability of unmarried women who suffer from spinal cord injury, and seeks to depth research of marriage cognition after suffering. To this end, 5 unmarried women who suffer from spinal cord injury in their twenties were participated in the study. The data was collected through the person to person in-depth interview with participants and recordings with interview notes were used to analyze participants after the interview. Communal topics were analyzed by selecting meaningful contents from words sentences and paragraphs, creating sub-topics. Analyzing results are categorized into ‘hardship as women’, ‘difficulty of meeting’, ‘difficulty of relationship’, ‘change in marriage cognition’, ‘family opposition about marriage’, and ‘expected role’. For positive marriage cognition of unmarried women who suffer spinal cord injury, supporting measures are discussed with the results. This study about marriage cognition of unmarried women who suffer spinal cord injury is anticipated as a meaningful base data for relative study.
