국문 초록

최근의 장애인 재활 및 복지정책은 자립생활(independent living)과 고용 (employment)이라는 두 가지 개념과 철학으로 대변되고 있다. 우리나라 역시 장애인의 생산적 복지를 위한 점책들을 시행하고 있다. 그 중에서도 다수고용 사업장은 중증장애인들에게 취업기회를 광범위하게 제공할 수 있으며 이로 인한 개인적 및 국가적 측면에서의 실효성 역시 크다고 할 수 있다. 세계의 장애인복지국가들을 살펴보면, 국가에 맞는 장애인 다수고용의 독자적 모형들을 보유하고 있다. 대표적으로 미국은 민간주도의 Goodwill, 영국은 정부주도형인 Remploy, 스웨덴의 Samhall, 혼합형인 일본의 제3섹터가 바로 이들 나라들의 다수고용 모형이라 할 수 있는데, 이에 비하여 우리나라는 장애인 다수고용의 대표적인 모델도 없고, 다수고용사업 자체도 매우 부족한 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구는 장애인 다수고용 사업장 표준모형을 개발하기 위한 기초 연구로 사업장에 대하여 실제 현장에서 종사하고 있는 고용주와 직업재활사를 포함한 전문가의 인식이 어떠한지에 대하여 알아보고 모형 개발의 방안을 제시하고자 했다.

영문 초록

The aim of this study is to see employer s and rehabilitation practitioner s perception of persons with disabilities-centered workshop and then, is to reveal the related variables, is to recommend issues on the policy. Out of 200 survey questionnaires sent to employers, 100 were returned. Out of 200 survey questionnaires sent to rehabilitation practitioners, 148 peoples received a questionnaires. The results of surveys are as fellows; First, in employer s perceptions. the form of workshop has investigated public and private mixed. The number of workers was 51~100. the percentage of severe workers was appropriate 21~40%. Most considerations on the workshop s magnitude revealed reasonable accommodations. Second, in case of rehabilitation practitioners perception, the form of workshop has investigated public centered models. Variables the number of worker and the percentage of severe workers were same. Most considerations on the workshop s magnitude revealed transportations. Third, the regression analysis yield the following findings. Familiarity of people with disabilities-centered workshop could predict differences between people with disabilities-centered workshop and standard workshop.
