국문 초록

본 연구는 문학치유프로그램 활동이 감정노동자의 우울과 자아존중감에 미치는 효과를 규명하기 위하여, 서울·경기소재 직장에 근무하며 여성감정노동자 중에서 연구에 적합한 실험집단 7명과 통제집단 7명을 선정하였다. 2017년 12월부터 2018년 3월까지 총14회 활동한 내용을 분석한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문학치유프로그램 활동이 우울에 미치는 효과는 긍정적으로 나타났다. 둘째, 문학치유프로그램 활동이 자아존중감에 미치는 효과는 긍정적으로 나타났다. 셋째, 문학치유프로그램 활동은 감정노동자의 개인적 태도변화 및 회기별 활동내용에 긍정적인 효과를 나타냈다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 여성감정노동자의 복지실천을 위한 제언을 하였다.

영문 초록

The current study investigates the effects of literature healing program activities on depression and self-esteem of emotional workers. The investigation is aimed to provide the fundamental data for the emotional workers to fulfill their roles as a desirable human beings and lead a happy life. Seven female laborers, who work in either Seoul or Gyeonggi-do and have depression due to emotional labor, and seven subjects of the control group participated in this study. From December 2017 to March 2018, literature healing program activity sessions were conducted weekly for a total of 14 weeks. Firstly, there appeared to be a significant positive effect of the literature healing program activities on decreasing the level of depression. Secondly, the effects of literature healing program activities on the increase of the self-esteem levels were also shown to be significantly positive. Thirdly, the results of the qualitative analysis of the effects of the literature healing program activities, including change in personal attitudes, were shown to be positive. Based on the results of this study, the welfare practice of female emotional workers was proposed as unconstitutional.
