국문 초록

정부는 글로벌 국가인증마크의 육성 차원에서 KS를 개편하고 KS 인증기관의 참여 확대라는 KS 인증제도의 운영체계를 개편한 바 있다. 개편의 주요 골자는 사후관리 시 제품심사는 폐지하고 공장심사 방식을 적부판정제로 전환하는 것이다. 그리고 지금까지 표준협회에서 단독으로 시행하던 KS 인증을 다른 인증기관들에게도 참여를 확대하는 것이 개편의 핵심적인 내용이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이러한 개편이 향후 미치는 영향과 나아가야 할 방향에 대해 고찰해본다.

영문 초록

In order to globally nurture the national certification mark, the government has reformed the KS system and reorganized the operation system of the KS certification system for the participation expansion of KS certification bodies. The main reforms are to abolish the product test in after monitoring, and then to change the factory inspection from a grading system to a suitability judgment system. The essential change of the reform is that other certification bodies are allowed to participate in the KS certification, which was executed only by the Korean Standards Association so far. This study intends to contemplate the direction and impact of the reforms.
