정악곡 고찰을 통한 국악창작 지도내용 연구

국문 초록

2015 개정 음악과 교육과정에 따른 중학교 음악교과서의 표현영역의 국악창작 지도내용은 민요토리나 장단을 활용하여 가락을 만들거나, 장단에 따른 노랫말 만들거나 변형 장단을 만드는 것이 대부분이다. 그러나 이러한 교수․학습내용 또한 국악의 장단과 장단별 말붙임새에 대한 충분한 이해가 없이 교수․학습이 이루어진다면 국악의 특징을 올바르게 지도할 수 없다고 생각한다. 따라서 본 연구는 한 사람의 작곡에서 이루어진 것이 아니라 여러 세대를 걸쳐 수많은 연주자들이 다듬어 연주하고, 그 곡을 변작(變作) 또는 다듬어 완성시킨 전통 국악 중 정악 ≪영산회상≫, <도드리>, ≪가곡≫ 등에 내재되어 있는 창작기법을 고찰하여 보았다. 그리고 전통 국악곡의 창작법을 활용하여 국악창작교육에 적용할 수 있도록 ‘변조를 활용하는 법, 구성음을 활용하는 방법, 장단과 박을 활용하는 방법’ 등으로 분류하여 국악창작 지도내용을 연구하고 이를 활용한 창작지도 예시를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Instructional contents for Korean music creation in the expression area of the middle school music textbooks under the 2015 revised music curriculum mostly centered on making melodies or variational rhythmic patterns using the tori and rhythmic patterns of Korean folk songs. It is believed that, however, educators cannot properly teach the characteristics of Korean music if teaching and learning take place without a full understanding of rhythmic patterns of Korean music and mal-buchimsae corresponding with each rhythmic pattern. Thus, this study examined the compositional techniques embedded in Jeongak , , , etc. that were completed through having been played, altered, and refined by a good number of performers over several generations, not by one composer. In order to make it applicable to Korean music creation education through the use of the compositional principles of Korean music pieces, this study also examined instructional contents for Korean music creation through the categorization of ‘how to use transposition and modulation,’ ‘how to use constituent notes,’ and ‘how to use rhythmical patterns and beats’ and suggested the instructional examples.
