국문 초록

지식은 전이를 통해 증식되며, 가치 또한 증대된다. 지식전이는 조직의 경쟁력 향상을 위한 가장 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있다. 그러나 특정 지식근로자에게 집중되는 지식네트워크의 구성으로 인해 지식전이가 저해되고 있다. 특정 지식근로자에 집중되는 지식네트워크의 경우, 특정 지식근로자가 네트워크에서 지식허브(Knowledge Hub) 역할을 수행하며, 이로 인해 지식전이가 저해되는 구조적공백(Structural Holes)이 발생되게 된다. 따라서 지식네트워크의 분석과 더불어, 특정 지식근로자가 지식허브 역할을 수행하는 정도를 줄이려는 (Decentralized Knowledge Network) 노력이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 특정 지식근로자가 지식허브 역할을 수행하는 정도를 줄이기 위해 지식네트워크를 진단하고, 전략을 도출하기 위한 방법론을 제시하였다. 사이중앙성이 높은 지식근로자, 즉 지식허브를 찾고, 지식허브의 재배치를 통해, 지식네트워크를 재구성하는 방법론을 제시하였다. 나아가 본 연구에서 제 시한 연구방법론과 기존 지식전이 관련 연구에서 제시한 연구방법론을 비교 및 대조하여, 본 연구 방법론의 유용성을 검증하였다.

영문 초록

Knowledge transfer is a critical success factor that increases the value of knowledge and maintains the core competitiveness of organization. However, knowledge transfer has not been cultivated due to the structure of the knowledge network concentrated on the specific knowledge workers. In the case of a knowledge network that focuses on the specific knowledge workers, the specific knowledge workers are able to become a structure hole. A structure hole occupies a precarious position, as ties with disparate groups can be fragile and time consuming to maintain. Therefore, in this research, in order to reduce the knowledge hole, the model for diagnosing the knowledge network and deriving the strategies is presented. The model includes method to reconstruct the knowledge network through the relocation of the knowledge hub by looking for a highly centralized knowledge hub. In addition, the model of previous research and the model presented in this research are compared for verifying the usefulness of this model.
