늘봄학교에 대한 탐색과 심리운동 적용 방향성에 관한 고찰

변화하는 시대적 요구에 맞춰 등장한 늘봄학교는 교육과 돌봄을 통합적으로 제공함으로써 아동의 전인적 성장과 발달을 지원하는 새로운 초등교육체제로 자리매김하고 있다. 이 연구는 늘봄학교의 개념과 추진 배경, 늘봄학교 프로그램에 관한 문헌 및 선행연구, 인력양성에 관한 연구, 늘봄학교 프로그램 분류체계를 탐색하고 늘봄학교에서의 심리운동 적용에 관한 방향성을 고찰하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 심리운동의 관점과 늘봄학교의 교육철학은 부합하는 것으로, 관련한 체계적 연구가 확산되어야 하고 이론적 근거를 지속적으로 확립해야 한다. 둘째, 체육과 문화·예술, 창의·과학 중심으로 편중되어 있는 늘봄 프로그램의 현황에서 심리운동의 이론적 바탕을 토대로 한 심리운동 기반 늘봄학교 프로그램 개발 및 연구가 확산되어야 한다. 셋째, 적용 프로그램은 통합적 발달 중심의 설계와 함께 개발 및 운영되어야 한다. 넷째, 늘봄학교에서의 심리운동사 인력양성 체계를 구축해야 한다. ‘늘 봄처럼 따뜻한 학교’와 심리운동과의 만남은 아동의 성장과 발달을 보다 깊고 의미 있게 지원하기 위한 교육적 필연으로 본다. 본 연구가 향후 심리운동 기반 늘봄 학교 프로그램 개발과 운영, 그리고 전문인력 양성체계 구축을 위한 후속 연구의 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

The Neulbom School, which has emerged in response to changing societal demands, has established itself as a new primary education system that supports children’s holistic growth and development through the integration of education and care. This study explores the concept and background of the Neulbom School, reviews literature on its programs, examines workforce development and the program classification system, and considers directions for the application of Psychomotorik within this context. The findings are as follows. First, the perspective of Psychomotorik and the educational philosophy of the Neulbom School are closely aligned, indicating the need for expanded systematic research and strengthened theoretical foundations. Second, as current Neulbom programs are largely concentrated on physical education, arts and culture, and creativity-based science, the development and research of psychomotor-based programs grounded in Psychomotorik theory should be further promoted. Third, program design and operation should be based on an integrated developmental perspective. Fourth, a structured system for training Psychomotorik practitioners in Neulbom settings should be established. The convergence of the Neulbom School, meaning “a warm school like everlasting spring,” and Psychomotorik can be regarded as an educational necessity for supporting children’s growth and development in a deeper and more meaningful way. This study is expected to serve as foundational data for future research on psychomotor-based Neulbom programs and the establishment of professional workforce training systems.
