국문 초록

본 연구는 전문대학에서의 학습자 맞춤형 교육과정 개발 및 운영을 위한 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 이를 위한 구체적인 연구 내용은 첫째, 전문대학에서의 학습자 맞춤형 교육과정 개발 및 운영을 위한 근거를 탐색하는 것이다. 둘째, 전문대학에서의 효율적인 학습자 맞춤형 교육과정 개발 및 운영을 위한 구체적인 수업설계 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 연구방법은 ADDIE 모형에 기반하여 탐색하였다. 연구 결과, 전문대학에서의 학습자 맞춤형 교육과정 개발과 운영은 학습자 분석을 토대로 산업과 연계하여 실무 중심의 다양한 학습을 통해 학습자가 실제 경험을 쌓도록 중점을 두어야 함을 알 수 있었다. 특히, 전문대학생들의 실무 역량 함양을 위해 산업체와 연계한 문제중심학습 유형의 수업 설계가 적절함을 알 수 있었다.

영문 초록

This study seeks to find a plan for the development and operation of a curriculum customized for learner focusing on the junior college. The specific research content is to first search for a theoretical basis learner- customized curriculum development and operation in college. Second, it is to present a concrete plan for the efficient development and operation of a curriculum customized for learners in junior colleges. The research method was explored based on the ADDIE model. As a result of the study, it was found that the development and operation of a curriculum customized for learners in colleges should focus on learners to gain actual experiences through various practical learning in connection with industry based on learner analysis. In particular, it was found that the instructional design of the problem-solving learning type linked to the industry was appropriate to cultivate the practical competencies of junior college students.
