국문 초록

본 연구는 수요자 중심 보조기기 서비스 체계를 구축하고, 이를 국립재활원 입원/외래 환자 및 지역사회 장애인을 대상으로 시범 운영한 결과를 분석하여 서비스 체계 확산 시 필요한 지원 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 실제 수요자와의 심층 인터뷰 및 다양한 이해관계자와의 코크리에이션 워크숍 을 통해 기존 서비스 체계의 핵심 문제(보조기기 필요성 인지 및 정보 부족, 전문가 상담 절차 복잡, 보조기기 조정 및 A/S 어려움)를 도출하였고, 이를 해결하기 위한 수요자 중심 보조기기 서비스 체 계(보조기기 코디네이터, 전문가 협업 및 지역사회 연계, 보조기기 정보 제공)를 구축하였다. 입원 및 외래환자 5명과 지역사회 장애인 5명을 대상으로 시범운영을 실시하였고, 서비스 이용자 만족도 및 서비스 제공 시 고려해야 할 점을 도출하였다. 본 연구 결과가 기존의 공급자 중심의 보조기기 서비스 체계의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 기초자료가 되길 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study established a user-centered assistive device service system. The results of a pilot program conducted with inpatients and outpatients at the National Rehabilitation Center and individuals with disabilities in the community were analyzed to identify support measures necessary for expanding the service system. Through in-depth interviews with actual users and a co-creation workshop with various stakeholders, key issues (lack of awareness and information on the need for assistive devices, complex expert consultation procedures, and difficulties in adjusting and providing after-sales service for assistive devices) with the current service system were identified. To address these issues, a new user-centered assistive device service system (assistive device coordinator, professional collaboration and community engagement, assistive device information) was developed. A pilot program was conducted with five inpatients or outpatients and five individuals with disabilities residing in the community. This program assessed user satisfaction and identified key considerations for service delivery. This study is expected to serve as a foundation for improving the existing supply-centered assistive device service system and transitioning to a user-centered approach.
