국문 초록

본 연구는 국제 경영환경에서 공급망 디지털화가 기업 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 이 과정에서 기술 수용 수준의 조절 효과를 검증하였다. 한국에 본사를 둔 166개 기업을 대상으로 ERP, MES, WMS 도입 여부와 IT 투자 비율 등을 측정하고, 매출 증가율을 중심으로 성과와의 관계를 실증적으로 확인하였다. 분석 결과, 공급망 디지털화는 기업 성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 기술 수용 수준 또한 성과를 향상하는 요인으로 나타났다. 특히 기술 수용 수준이 높은 기업일수록 디지털화가 성과로 이어지는 효과가 강화됨이 확인되었다. 단순 기울기 분석에서도 기술 수용 수준이 높을수록 내부 및 파트너 연계 프로세스 디지털화의 성과 효과가 크게 나타났으며, 견고성 검증 결과 역시 동일한 방향성을 보였다. 이는 공급망 디지털화가 기업 성과를 제고하는 전략적 수단임을 시사하며, 디지털 인프라 구축과 더불어 구성원의 기술 수용 태도 제고가 병행될 때 효과가 극대화됨을 보여준다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the impact of supply chain digitalization on corporate performance in an international business environment and examined the moderating role of technology acceptance. Using data from 166 domestic firms, we measured supply chain digitalization based on ERP, MES, and WMS adoption, as well as the IT investment ratio, and empirically tested its relationship with revenue growth. The results showed that both supply chain digitalization and technology acceptance have a significant positive effect on corporate performance. Further, the positive impact of digitalization on corporate performance is stronger for firms with higher levels of technology acceptance. A simple slope analysis further confirmed that the performance benefits of internal and partner-linked process digitalization increased with higher technology acceptance, and the robustness tests produced consistent results. These findings suggest that supply chain digitalization is a strategic tool for enhancing financial performance, and that its effectiveness is maximized when digital infrastructure development is accompanied by efforts to strengthen employees’ attitudes and capabilities for technology adoption.
