국문 초록

최근 행정학 및 재난관리 분야에서 조직 리질리언스의 중요성이 강조되고 있으나, 국내 연구들은 주로 개인 수준에 집중되어 있어 조직 차원의 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 2014년부터 2023년까지 국내에서 발표된 행정학 및 재난관리 관련 리질리언스 연구 57편을 분석하여 연구 경향을 체계적으로 정리하고, 조직 리질리언스 연구의 필요성을 강조하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구 방법으로는 KCI 등재 학술지와 박사학위 논문을 분석하여 연구 대상, 연구 방법, 주요 변인, 측정 도구 등을 정리하였으며, 연구 경향을 파악하였다. 연구 결과, 국내 연구는 주로 양적 연구에 집중되었으며, 조직 리질리언스를 다룬 연구는 극히 드문 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 향후 조직 리질리언스 연구의 방향을 제시하며, 재난 대응 조직에서의 실천적 적용 가능성을 논의하였다. 본 연구는 조직 리질리언스 연구를 활성화하는 데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

Resilience has gained increasing attention in public administration and disaster management. However, most domestic studies focus on individual resilience, with limited research on organizational resilience. This study analyzed 57 resilience-related articles published in Korea between 2014 and 2023, categorizing them by research subjects, methodologies, key variables, and measurement tools. Findings indicate that research is largely quantitative and centered on individual resilience, particularly among police and maritime police officers, while studies on organizational resilience remain scarce. To address this gap, this study highlights the need for expanding organizational resilience research and incorporating qualitative approaches. It also proposes practical strategies such as leadership development, organizational culture improvement, and crisis management training. These findings provide a foundation for strengthening organizational resilience in the public sector and enhancing crisis response capabilities.
