국문 초록

본 연구에서는 병원 간호사가 느끼는 피로와 소진 정도를 파악하고 피로와 소진과의 관계에서 주관적 건강상태의 매개효과를 파악하고자 하였다. 2024년 11월부터 12월까지 A시와 G시에서 근무하는 병원 간호사 216명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 분석하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 27.0 Statistics Program을 이용하여 다중회귀분석(Multiple Regression Analysis) 하였다. 연구결과 소진은 피로와 양의 상관관계 (r=.502, p<.001), 주관적 건강상태와 음의 상관관계(r=-.363, p<.001)가 있었으며, 피로는 주관적 건강상태 와 음의 상관관계(r=-.417, p<.001)가 있었다. 또한, 피로와 소진과의 관계에서 주관적 건강상태의 매개효 과가 있음을 확인하였다(Z=2.779, p<.001). 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 병원 간호사의 피로로 인한 소진을 예방하기 위해 주관적 건강상태를 활용한 실질적 중재 방안을 적용하여 병원 간호사의 건강을 증진할 필요가 있다.

영문 초록

This study aimed to investigate the mediating effect of self-rated health in the relationship between fatigue and burnout among hospital nurses. Data were collected from 216 nurses working in A and D city from November to December 2024 and were analyzed using multiple regression analysis in SPSS 27.0. The results indicated that burnout was positively correlated with fatigue (r=.502, p<.001) and negatively correlated with self-rated health (r=-.363, p<.001). Similarly, fatigue exhibited a negative correlation with self-rated health (r=-.417, p<.001). Furthermore, the mediating role of self-rated health in the relationship between fatigue and burnout was confirmed (Z=2.779, p<.001). These findings highlight the importance of interventions aimed at enhancing self-rated health to mitigate burnout associated with fatigue among hospital nurses, ultimately contributing to their overall well-being.
