국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 AHP 분석을 활용하여 스타트업의 글로벌화를 위해 중요하게 생각되는 중소·벤처기업 수출지원 사업에 대한 중요도를 식별함에 있다. 연구모형은 중소기업 수출지원제도에 대한 선행연구와 현행 수출지원기관의 수출지원사업의 유형과 구성요소를 토대로 수출지원사업을 상위요소와 하위요소로 계층화하였다. 분석결과는 스타트업 기업의 글로벌 역량 한계로 컨설팅을 포함한 수출 전주기상 수출 지원사업에 대한 필요와 함께 지원의 방식도 정형화된 사업방식보다는 개별기업의 수요에 맞춤형으로 지원하는 방식이 중요하게 인식되었다. 본 연구의 시사점은 수출지원 기관 전문가 설문을 AHP 기법을 통해 분석함으로써 실무에 적용 가능한 현실적인 연구결과를 도출하여 제시하고 있는 것에 그 의미가 있다고 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to use AHP analysis to identify the importance of export support projects for small and medium-sized venture companies that are considered important for the globalization of startups. The research model is based on previous research on the export support system for small and medium-sized enterprises and the export support project for globalization of startups among the types and components of export support projects of export support agencies such as the government of the Small and Medium Business Support Business Integrated System (www.sims.go.kr). It was stratified by . As a result of the analysis, the importance ranking of the top factors of export support projects was in the following order: export support base utilization project, small and medium-sized business overseas market entry project, online export platform project, globalization support platform project, and global cooperation establishment project, which are the most essential for startup companies to enter overseas markets. Direct export-related projects were recognized as important. The implications of this study can be said to be that it derives and presents realistic research results that can be applied to practice by analyzing a survey of experts from export support organizations using the AHP technique.
