혁신적 교수법을 적용한 창업교육 효과에 관한 연구 : 기업가적 역량, 기업가적 태도, 창업의도 비교

국문 초록

최근 국내 대학들은 급변하는 기술 변화의 흐름에 부합하고자 혁신적 교수법 확대를 통해 전공 및 교과간 융·복합형 인재를 육성하고자 노력하고 있다. 특히 청년 창업가 육성을 위한 창업교육에서도 정보 전달식의 강좌에서 탈피하여 PBL과 플립러닝, 캡스톤 디자인 등 다양한 형태의 혁신적 교수법을 적용하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 혁신적 교수법을 적용한 창업강좌와 이론형 창업강좌 수강생 간의 기업가적 역량, 기업가적 태도, 창업의도 등을 비교하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 기업가적 역량, 기업가적 태도는 창업의도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기업가적 태도는 기업가적 역량과 창업의도간의 유의한 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 혁신적 교수법을 적용한 창업강좌 와이론형 창업강좌 수강생 간의 기업가적 역량, 태도, 창업 의도는 유의미한 집단간 차이가 발견되었다. 본 연구는 기업가적 역량과 창업의도간의 기업가적 태도의 유의미한 매개효과를 검증하였으며, PBL, 플립러닝 등 다양한 혁신적 교수법을 적용한 창업 강좌의 지속적인 확대가 창업교육 만족도 제고 등의 교육 효과에 기여할 수 있음을 시사하였다.

영문 초록

Recently, domestic universities are making efforts to foster talents who can converge and combine majors and subjects by expanding innovative teaching methods to keep up with the rapidly changing trend of technological change. In particular, in entrepreneurship education to foster young entrepreneurs, we are breaking away from information-only lectures and applying various types of innovative teaching methods such as PBL, flipped learning, and capstone design. Accordingly, this study compared the entrepreneurial capabilities, entrepreneurial attitudes, and entrepreneurial intentions between students taking entrepreneurship courses using innovative teaching methods and theoretical entrepreneurship courses. Research results: First, entrepreneurial competency and entrepreneurial attitude were found to have a significant positive influence on entrepreneurial intention. Second, significant differences were found in the entrepreneurial capabilities, attitudes, and intention to start a business between students taking entrepreneurship courses that applied innovative teaching methods and theoretical entrepreneurship courses. This study verified the mediating effect of entrepreneurial attitude between entrepreneurial capabilities and entrepreneurial intention, and verified that the continuous expansion of entrepreneurship courses applying innovative teaching methods can contribute to the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education.
