중국 공연 연기 교육생의 사회적지지, 정서지능, 진로의사결정수준의 관계 분석

국문 초록

이 연구는 중국 공연 연기 교육생의 인식한 사회적지지, 정서지능 및 진로의사결정수준의 구조적 관계를 분석하였다. 연구문제는 첫째, 공연 연기 교육생의 사회적지지, 정서지능 및 진로의사결정수준의 구조 관계, 둘째, 공연 연기 교육생의 사회적지지와 진로의사결정수준의 관계에서 정서지능의 매개효과에 대한 분석이다. 연구방법은 중국 공연 연기 교육생 346명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 가정검토, 탐색적 요인분석, 구조방정식 추정 및 매개분석을 실시하였다. 분석된 결과를 보면, 첫째, 공연 연기 교육생의 진로의사결정수준에 대한 사회적지지 및 정서지능의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중국 공연 연기 교육생의 정서지능은 사회적지지와 진로의사결정수준의 관계를 유의하게 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상에서 나타난 결과에 의하면 중국 공연 연기 교육생의 진로의사결정 및 취업역량을 증진시키기 위해서는 사회적지지 및 정서지능을 높을 필요가 있으며, 사회적 지지와 더불어 정서지능을 동시해 고려해야 한 필요성을 실시한다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the structural relationship between perceived social support, emotional intelligence, and career decision-making levels of Chinese performance acting trainees. The research problem is, first, the structural relationship between social support, emotional intelligence, and career decision-making levels of performance acting trainees, and second, the mediating effect of emotional intelligence in the relationship between social support and career decision-making levels of performance acting trainees. As for the research method, a survey was conducted on 346 Chinese performance acting trainees to conduct a family review, exploratory factor analysis, structural equation estimation, and mediating analysis. According to the analyzed results, first, it was found that social support and emotional intelligence had an effect on the level of career decision-making of performance acting trainees. Second, it was found that the emotional intelligence of Chinese performance acting trainees significantly mediated the relationship between social support and career decision-making level. According to the above results, social support and emotional intelligence need to be high in order to improve career decision-making and employment capabilities of Chinese performance acting trainees, and social support and emotional intelligence need to be considered at the same time.
