직업능력개발훈련생의 학습동기, 교육서비스질 및 진로의사결정의 관계

국문 초록

이 연구는 직업능력개발훈련생이 인식한 학습동기, 교육서비스질 및 진로의사결정의 관계를 분석하는데 있다. 연구문제는 첫째, 직업능력개발훈련생의 배경 특성에 따른 학습동기, 교육서비스질 및 진로의사결정의 차이분석, 둘째, 학습동기와 진로의사결정의 관계, 셋째, 교육서비스질과 진로의사결정의 관계, 넷째, 학습동기, 교육서비스질 및 진로의사결정의 관계이다. 연구방법은 서울, 경기 직업능력개발훈련기관 훈련생 677명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 가정의 검토, 변인간의 상관계수와 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석된 결과를 보면, 첫째, 직업능력개발훈련생의 배경 특성의 차이는 연령, 학력, 가계소득, 참여횟수에서 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 둘째, 학습동기와 진로의사결정의 관계는 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 내재적동기, 상대적유능성동기, 사회적성공동기 순으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교육서비스질과 진로의사결정의 관계는 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 신뢰성, 반응성, 유형성, 공감성, 확신성 순으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 학습동기, 교육서비스 질 및 진로의사력정의 관계에서는 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 진로의사결정에 교육서비스 질이 학습동기보다 더 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 직업능력개발훈련생이 인식한 진로의사결정을 높이기 위해서는 학습동기와 교육서비스질을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안과 그것에 대한 배경 특성을 고려할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

영문 초록

This study is to analyze the relationship between learning motivation, educational service quality, and career decision-making recognized by vocational competency development trainees. The research problem is, first, the analysis of differences in learning motivation, education service quality, and career decision-making according to the background characteristics of vocational competency development trainees, second, the relationship between learning motivation and career decision-making, third, the relationship between education service quality and career decision-making, and fourth, learning motivation, education service quality, and career decision-making. As for the research method, a survey was conducted on 677 trainees at vocational competency development training institutions in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, and a family review, correlation coefficient between variables, and regression analysis were conducted. First, the difference in background characteristics of vocational competency development trainees was significantly different in age, educational background, household income, and number of participation. Second, the relationship between learning motivation and career decision-making was significantly different, and it was found to have a significant effect in the order of intrinsic motivation, relative ability motivation, and social success motivation. Third, there was a significant difference in the relationship between educational service quality and career decision-making, and it was found to have a significant effect in the order of reliability, responsiveness, tangibility, empathy, and certainty. Fourth, there was a significant difference in the relationship between learning motivation, educational service quality, and career history definition, and it was confirmed that educational service quality had more influence on career decision-making than learning motivation. These findings suggest that in order to increase career decision-making recognized by vocational competency development trainees, it is necessary to consider ways to improve learning motivation and educational service quality and background characteristics.
