국문 초록

In recent years, tourism has emerged as a pillar industry driving economic development,with the tourism sector undergoing structural transformation towards all-for-one tourism (quanyu lüyou) as the dominant development model. Local governments have increasingly participated in and shaped this paradigm shift. Consequently, the construction of local government-led tourism public service systems and the enhancement of tourism public service quality have become critical for advancing regional tourism development. Drawing on domestic and international tourism public service quality evaluation indicator frameworks, this study integrates and refines indicators based on the current supply patterns and quality characteristics of tourism public services provided by local governments in China. By applying the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP), a comprehensive tourism public service quality indicator system is constructed. An empirical case study of tourism public services in Luoping County, Qujing City, Yunnan Province validates the effectiveness of this evaluation methodology.

영문 초록

近年来，旅游业已经成为经济发展的支柱性产业，旅游产业结构也在发生转变，全域旅游成为旅游发展的主要模式，地方政府在全域旅游发展中参与度越来越高。因此，地方政府的旅游公共服务体系建设和旅游公共服务质量提升，对地方推进旅游发展具有重要意义。参考国内外旅游公共服务质量测评指标体系，结合我国地方政府旅游公共服务提供现状和服务质量特点，对指标进行筛选整合，运用模糊层次分析法，构建了旅游公共服务质量指标体系，并以云南省曲靖市罗平县内的旅游公共服务为例进行了实证研究，验证了评价方法的有效性。
