국문 초록

Xi Jinping’s Cultural thought has absorbed the essence of Chinese traditional culture, and by flexibly applying the “Two Combinations”, it has pointed out the direction for the mission of cultural work in the new era, and enriched and developed Marxist cultural theory. This thought demonstrates distinct characteristics, adhering to the people - centered position, ensuring the unity of theory and practice, combining the macro and the micro, and highlighting the characteristics of nationality and universality. This thought is highly practical, guiding us to strengthen the Party’s leadership over publicity, ideological and cultural work, give play to the cohesive and guiding role of socialist ideology for the people, strengthen the spiritual guidance of the socialist core values for the people, give play to the positive guiding role of news and public opinion work, promote the “Second Combination”, advance the innovative transformation and development of excellent traditional Chinese culture, promote the prosperity and development of cultural undertakings and cultural industries, enhance the international communication capacity, and promote the exchange and mutual-learning of world civilizations.

영문 초록

习近平文化思想汲取了中华传统文化的精华部分，灵活运用“两个结合”为新时代文化工作使命指明了方向，且丰富和发展了马克思主义文化理论。这一思想展现出了鲜明的特质，坚守人民立场、坚持体用通达、宏微结合，彰显了民族性与世界性的特点。这一思想具有鲜明的实践性，指导我们必须加强党对宣传思想文化工作的领导，发挥社会主义意识形态对人民群众的凝聚和引领作用，加强社会主义核心价值观对人民群众的精神引导，发挥新闻舆论工作的正向导向作用，推动“第二个结合”、推进中华优秀传统文化“双创”发展，推动文化事业和文化产业的繁荣与发展，增强国际传播能力、促进世界文明交流互鉴。
