국문 초록

During the period of reform and opening up as well as socialist modernization, Chinese Communists, with Comrade Deng Xiao-ping serving as the principal representative, advanced many important ideological viewpoints on social construction and social management, and continuously promoted the development of social undertakings of socialism with Chinese characteristics in accor3dance with the demands of the times. Reviewing and summarizing Deng Xiao-ping’s proactive explorations and historical contributions to advancing the modernization of China’s social governance, we deeply recognize that upholding the leadership of the Communist Party of China is the fundamental guarantee for social stability, unity, and the people’s peace and contentment. Deepening the reform of the system is the powerful driving force for transforming the social management system and innovating governance models. Adhering to systematic planning is the scientific method for advancing the practice of modernizing social governance with Chinese characteristics. These achievements have provided important experience for strengthening social construction and social governance innovation in the new era, and have important implications for advancing Chinese-style social governance modernization.

영문 초록

改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期，以邓小平为主要代表的中国共产党人围绕社会建设和社会管理提出了许多重要思想观点，并结合时代要求不断推动中国特色社会主义社会事业发展。回顾和总结邓小平为推进中国社会治理现代化作出的积极探索及历史贡献，我们要深刻认识到坚持党的领导是社会安定团结和人民安居乐业的根本保证，深化制度改革是变革社会管理体制和创新治理模式的强劲动力，注重系统谋划是推进中国特色社会治理现代化实践的科学方法。这些成果为新时代加强社会建设和社会治理创新提供了重要经验，对于推进中国式社会治理现代化具有重要启示意义。
