국문 초록

본 연구는 대통령경호실과 경호유관기관 개별 홈페이지 네트워크 구성, 전체 홈페이지 네트워크의 중앙성을 분석하여 경호유관기관 간의 체계적인 공조체계 구축방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 연구의 목적에 따른 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경호유관기관 홈페이지 네트워크의 연결정도 중앙성(degree centrality)은 국토교통부0.215053763, 법무부 0.193548387, 관세청 0.182795699, 식품의약품안전처 0.182795699, 대통령경호실 0.182795699, 국방부 0.161290323, 국가정보원 0.161290323, 미래창조과학부 0.161290323, 해양경찰청 0.107526882, 외교부 0.086021505, 경찰청 0.086021505, 문화체육관광부 0.075268817, 소방방재청 0.075268817, 대검찰청 0.064516129, 기무사령부 0.053763441, 합동참모본부 0.043010753, 수도방위사령부 0.032258065 등으로 나타났다. 둘째, 경호유관기관 홈페이지 네트워크의 인접 중앙성(closeness centrality)은 대통령경호실100.000, 관세청 84.211, 식품의약품안전처 84.211, 국토교통부 84.211, 미래창조과학부 80.000, 법무부 80.000, 국방부 80.000, 국가정보원 76.190, 해양경찰청 69.565, 외교부 66.667, 경찰청 66.667, 소방방재청 64.000, 문화체육관광부 64.000, 대검찰청 61.538, 합동참모본부 57.143, 기무사령부57.143, 수도방위사령부 55.172 등으로 나타났다. 따라서 대통령 등의 경호를 담당하는 대통령경호실과 이에 대한 경호안전업무를 지원하는 경호유관기관은 대통령령으로 규정하고 있는 대통령경호안전대책위원회 소속기관이라는 점을 인식하고 체계적인 공조체계 구축과 경호안전업무 인식 제고에 관심을 경주해야 할 것이다

The purpose of this study is to propose the development plan for systematiccoordination between the security relevant agencies analyzing the individual homepagenetwork’s construction and the every homepage network’s centrality of security relevantagencies of Presidential Security Service. Followings were the results of this study.
